Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES)

Through the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Abroad program, students develop leadership skills, international competence, and an understanding of global interests and values shared across cultures while forming lasting relationships with the local community. 

The deadline to apply for these academic year-long programs is December 7, 2022 at 4:00 pm Eastern.

Award for Aspirations in Computing (Award for AiC)

The Award for AiC honors 9 th-12th grade women, genderqueer, or non-binary students for their computing-related achievements and interests, and encourages them to pursue their passions. Award recipients are selected based on their aptitude and aspirations in technology and computing, as demonstrated by their computing experience, computing-related activities, leadership experience, tenacity in the face of barriers to access, and future plans. Since 2007, more than 20,000 students have received an Award for AiC.
